A new Child Development Center Inc. facility is set to open at 121 east 10th street in Erie on Monday.

The newly constructed center will welcome Erie's youngest learners, providing care, a research-based curriculum, and free meals each day.

And the non-profit organization currently is accepting enrollments at all five of its existing Erie county locations.
